At the client’s request (if we receive the appropriate software) we can also take care of device programming.<\/span> In addition, we have the X-RAY Viscom X8051 which allows us to carry out tests and inspections of manufactured components, electronic sub-assemblies, where connections are invisible by automatic optical inspection devices. This enables us to carry out extremely precise tests without damaging the electronics.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Does the stencil need to be cut out every time? Who is the owner of a template?” title_color=”#020202″][vc_column_text]We cut the new stencil if there are changes in the project. It can be used repeatedly and becomes the clients property. We offer its storage service.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”What is the deadline for completing orders?” title_color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]The standard deadline for a complete assembly together with the ordering of electronic components and PCBs is 3 weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fastest possible term is about 1 week. However the lead time is closely related to the number of ordered devices, the degree of complexity of the design and the availability of components. Each time we try to realize orders as quickly as possible, in line with the expectations of our clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

AOI (ang. Automated Optical Inspection)<\/span><\/h4>\n

Automatic optical testing of circuits involving the comparison of the actual image of the circuits scanned by the camera with the image generated on the basis of the Gerber project files from which these circuits were produced.<\/span><\/p>\n

FR-4<\/span><\/h4>\n

The most popular material used for printed circuits. The FR-4 are laminates involving the comparison of a glass fiber fabric bonded with epoxy resin (refractory and self-extinguishing), which are covered with one or both sides of copper foil.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through-hole assembly (THT)<\/span><\/h4>\n

Through-hole Technology \u2013 spos\u00f3b montowania podzespo\u0142\u00f3w elektronicznych na p\u0142ytce obwodu drukowanego (PCB). Elementy przewlekane umieszcza si\u0119 r\u0119cznie lub automatycznie we wcze\u015bniej przygotowanych otworach w p\u0142ytach elektronicznych, a nast\u0119pnie lutuje po przeciwnej stronie.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mounting of connectors in PRESS-FIT technology<\/span><\/h4>\n

Installation of multi-contact connectors is often used; they are not soldered joints, but pressed with a force of several tons per cm2; these connectors require special tools – presses for assembly and possible repair.<\/span><\/p>\n

Applying protective coatings<\/span><\/h4>\n

(Conformal Coating) – protective coating applied to the electronic circuits in order to protect them against moisture, dirt, chemicals, temperature; covered elements are resistant to mechanical damage and vibrations; the coating can be applied by various methods:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • varnishing (covering the PCB with varnish):<\/span>\n
      \n
    • Immersed (Deep Coating) – the PCB is immersed in the varnish,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • spray (Spray) – the PCB is coated with varnish in the form of spray<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • pouring (resins, silicone and other plastic masses)<\/span>\n
        \n
      • Molding – filling the plate with plastic mass<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Potting – pouring the plate with epoxy resin<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        RoHS<\/span><\/h4>\n

        The EU directive, according to which new electronic equipment placed on the market in the European Union and EFTA starting from July 1, 2006 (in Poland from March 27, 2007) requires contains restrictions on the content of harmful materials: lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated phenyl ethers (PBDE).<\/span><\/p>\n
