This type of printed circuitry brings many benefits. The basic ones are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">no need to connect several printed circuits with connectors, cables and wires<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the possibility of connecting and making two or three printed circuits in one technological process<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">chance to minimize the dimensions of printed circuits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the ability to test all application components in one process<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the possibility of assembling electronic components in one technological process instead of two or three.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; type=&#8221;full_width&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;15750&#8243; img_size=&#8221;366&#215;300&#8243; alignment=&#8221;right&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_outline&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;15749&#8243; img_size=&#8221;366&#215;300&#8243; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_outline&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;15748&#8243; img_size=&#8221;366&#215;300&#8243; style=&#8221;vc_box_outline&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #000000;\">DProduction documentation of flexible and rigid-flexible circuits is created according to the same principles as rigid circuits. However, additional technological limitations resulting from the production process should be taken into account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The long-term reliability of the printed circuit depends largely on the design of the distribution of layers in the PCB cross-section. Especially in the case of multilayer rigid \/ flexible laminates, symmetrical constructions are recommended in which the polymidic elastic layers are stacked up in the middle.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sample stack-up for a rigid \/ flexible printed circuit:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">final laminate thickness 1.0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cu thickness on all 35um layers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6 Cu layers in the rigid part<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 Cu layers in the flexible part<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;15258&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #000000;\">There is not recommended the stack-up construction, where the elastic band is glued to the outer layers of the rigid part. Such a solution does not ensure the long-term reliability of the printed circuit, especially when the flexible-flexible elements are working dynamically.
