The company was created as a result of the demand for the production of prototypes of measuring electronics. The first engineers cooperated with the Warsaw University of Technology (Politechnika Warszawska) on the some projects related to new electronic communication technologies. In collaboration with companies that have implemented lead-free solder technology, Technosystem has gained experience and learned all the issues associated with free soldering. A young team and over 12 years of experience in the industry are our strengths, providing knowledge and energy that we use for each project.
All our services are covered by a 12-month warranty. In case of unexpected faulty assembly, we offer transport at our expense. We provide corrections as soon as the goods are delivered. In the case of undetermined problems, we offer X-ray diagnostics. |
Our services include providing and assembling electronic components. Thanks to the developed cooperation with distributors and manufacturers, we are able to provide the right parts at a very reasonable price and short delivery time. Thanks to our own machine park, we offer assembly of SMT components such as RC 01005, uBGA to BGA, QFN. Our assembly capacity is around 20 million items per month.
We offer printed circuits on Rogers or Flex laminates, or standard FR4 from 1 to 24 layers. In addition to the standard protective coating type HAL, we offer galvanic coatings and gold used mainly for the edge joints with a thickness of 0.76 μm. Electrical tests of printed circuits are included in the price.ę.
We also offer tests in the thermal shock chamber. The devices are tested in high and low temperatures. The temperature range is from – 50 ℃ to 150 ℃. The transition time between the chambers is less than 5 seconds.
